Amy Eisenstein, ACFRE, is a keynote speaker, author, and consultant on capital campaigns and major gift fundraising who helps nonprofit leaders and boards raise millions of dollars for mission-driven growth. She is the CEO and co-founder of Capital Campaign Pro and has spent more than two decades guiding organizations through successful campaigns with clarity, confidence, and integrity.
Through her speaking, writing, teaching, and consulting, Amy equips nonprofit leaders, boards, and development teams to raise more money while strengthening relationships and building a culture of philanthropy.
Amy is particularly known for helping organizations navigate complex campaigns in uncertain environments while maintaining strong donor engagement and internal alignment.
Before founding Capital Campaign Pro, Amy served as a development director for more than a decade. She has since spent almost 20 years as a fundraising consultant, advising organizations on major gifts and capital campaign strategy. She holds the Advanced Certified Fundraising Executive credential, earned in 2013, and became a Certified Fundraising Executive in 2004.

In recognition of her leadership in the field, Amy was named an Association of Fundraising Professionals Distinguished Fellow in 2019. She is the author of:

Amy served on the board of the AFP-New Jersey chapter for nearly a decade, including as board president, and currently serves on the ACFRE board, as well as the board of the Westfield Foundation, her community foundation.
Credentials and Affiliations
Amy became an AFP-certified Master Trainer in 2009, and served as the president of the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) New Jersey Chapter in 2014 and 2015. She became a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) in 2004 and received her advanced certification (ACFRE) in 2013.

In addition to her ACFRE certification, Amy received her Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from the Wagner Graduate School at NYU and her Bachelor’s Degree from Douglass College at Rutgers University.
